Registrants should choose a fictitious name as a username. Registration requires only a valid, working e-mail address. All newly registered users are placed on a moderation queue until a user successfully completes three posts. A newly registered user cannot create a new topic. Until a newly registered user has successfully completed thee posts to already established topics the user has limited functionality of the bulletin board. Upon completing three successful posts a newly registered user becomes a registered user with standard bulletin board functionality. Guests have read-only access to the bulletin board. Please maintain polite discourse at all times.
